Is it rude not to invite a partner to a wedding? Or for the invitee to request a “+1” or children to attend?

I personally don’t think its rude,(its likely to be a costing issue, per head and all that), however it’s not great, I mean who wants to go to a wedding on their jack jones?
…mmm very interesting point Oprah Wanabe (btw is he related to Billy Nomates)?
Yep, the very one!!
I think that it is a bit rude not to invite a partner to the wedding as it will be awkward for the guest when trying to socialize with others who they do not know #justsaying
No I dont’ think it is rude especially #hardeconomictimes…and it kinda get’s up my nose when persons invite additional persons without first consulting with the bride or groom (especially as there is often a cost per head).
…to a point! I’ve been to wedddings were guest(s) has turned up so I guess it’s swings and roundabouts
